The editorial department does not accept E-mail submissions. Authors are requested to submit their manuscripts after registering online.

2. Q: Why is the registration unsuccessful?

A: (1) Please check that the username cannot have special characters, such as asterisks, etc.
(2) The system requires that the user name and E-mail are unique. Therefore, if your username or E-mail is already in use, you cannot register.

3. Q: I am a reviewer, can I use the reviewer account for submission?

A: The reviewer submits the manuscript and does not need to register again. Reviewers have author rights by default.

4. Q: How does the editorial office keep my registered personal information confidential?

A: The personal information filled in by the author during registration is strictly confidential and will only be used for manuscript-related processing and will not be disclosed to any third party.

5. Q: Can I resubmit the new manuscript I uploaded? How to withdraw?

A: If the author needs to re-upload a new manuscript, he needs to contact the editorial department and wait for the editorial department to withdraw the manuscript.

6. Q: What is the review process of the editorial department?

10. Q: The manuscript has not been reviewed for more than 30 days and needs to be reviewed. What should I do?

A: The editorial department will automatically urge the manuscript to review the manuscript after it has been submitted for review for more than 15 days. If the manuscript has not been reviewed after 30 days, please contact the editorial department. Please indicate in the email: manuscript number, title, author, the editorial department will deal with it in time.

11. Q: What if the author needs to withdraw the manuscript?
