In accordance with the "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China", from the date of signing this agreement, the copyrights of the above papers (including copyrights of various media and media, including but not limited to reproduction rights, distribution rights, compilation rights, translation rights, information network communication rights) rights, exhibition rights, etc.) will be transferred to the editorial department of the Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology worldwide indefinitely, and allow the editorial department of the Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology to sublicense the authorized content to third parties for use.
The author of the paper can freely exercise the following rights, and agree to declare that "Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology" owns the copyright when exercising the following rights.
1. The author owns all other property rights except copyright.
2. After the article is published in "Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology", the author enjoys non-exclusive rights; the author can allow third parties to use the format of "Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology" and is not used for publication in other journals. If you use the "Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology" layout (including various media, media layout, the same below), then Written permission from the Editorial Office of the Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology is required.
3. After the article is published in "Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology", the author has the right to use the above-mentioned article in whole or in part without revision when compiling his personal collection or publishing his personal work in other ways (including the author's personal web page). format.
4. The author himself has the right to reproduce the text in whole or in part in his study, research, lecture or teaching.
5. The author has the right to post or update this article on the electronic printing (publishing) server, but shall not use the digitized and/or formatted documents produced by Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology or its distributors.
6. If the work created by the author of the article for the completion of the work tasks of a legal person or other organization is within the scope of professional work, the legal person or other organization has the right to reproduce the article within its business scope for its personal internal use.
When signing this agreement, the author makes the following academic normative commitments:
1. The paper is an original research result independently obtained by the author, and has never been published at home or abroad.
2. The submitted manuscripts do not have one draft and two (more than one) submissions, and they will not be changed to other journals before they are rejected by the Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology.
3. Do not submit a paper for multiple submissions with slight revisions or divide it into multiple papers for multiple publications (including different languages).
4. There is no plagiarism or plagiarism, and it is clearly stated that the work of others has been used or quoted.
5. There is no dispute in the order of authorship and authorship of the paper.
6. Does not involve confidentiality and the content of the proposed patent application.
7. Except as noted and acknowledged in the text, and as provided in this Agreement, no copyright infringement or any other rights of third parties are violated.
This agreement and academic norm commitments have limited contract and academic supervision for all authors of this journal. The signatory author guarantees that he himself has the right to sign this agreement and make all commitments.
